Chronic panic attacks are a nightmare, I know! I also know it doesn't have to be this way.

My wife's panic attack trigger was trying to turn at a specific junction in town while she was driving. WHAM! it would hit her like a train. We experimented and found that it was only that particular junction every time.

 

The only explanation she could come up with was that she feared the car would break down. Very unlikely but this is the type is silly trigger that can cause chronic panic and anxiety attacks.

You can train yourself to spot these triggers and the early signs. And you can then stop the attacks altogether before they can get a grip on you.

 

You will probably never be able to eliminate the triggers in your life but by being able to identify them you can control & stop your attacks.

 

I know it doesn't seem like it but you, and only you, are in control here. Not the panic attack. Chronic panic sufferers often feel helpless, almost a victim but you must remember that you are not a victim. You have the power to stop these panic attacks.

 

By training yourself to be in control you can quickly overcome these attacks. You've heard of positive thinking, well it's even more important at times like these.

 

It's vitally important that you don't let fear overcome you. It will ruin your life, and possibly your families lives as well.
